The service provided for the removal, disposal, and recycling of unwanted items from residential properties.
Client
The individual or entity requesting and receiving house clearance services.
Service Provider
The company offering house clearance services, including its employees and subcontractors.

Our comprehensive House Clearance services include:
- Removal of unwanted furniture and appliances
- Disposal of hazardous materials in compliance with regulations
- Recycling and donation of reusable items
- Cleaning and preparation of the property post-clearance
- Secure disposal of personal and sensitive information
Booking and Payment
To book our services, clients must:
- Schedule an appointment by contacting our service team
- Provide accurate information about the size and nature of the clearance
- Agree to the estimated pricing provided during booking
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or cash. A deposit may be required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due upon completion of services.
Responsibilities
Client Responsibilities
- Ensure access to all areas of the property for service personnel
- Inform the service provider of any hazardous or sensitive materials present
- Secure valuables and personal documents prior to the clearance
Service Provider Responsibilities
- Perform the clearance with professionalism and respect for the client’s property
- Adhere to all local regulations regarding waste disposal and recycling
- Maintain confidentiality and security of any personal information handled
Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel or reschedule services by providing at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee up to 50% of the total service cost.
Liability
The Service Provider is not liable for:
- Pre-existing damages to the property
- Items that are not disclosed prior to the clearance
- Any loss or theft that occurs outside of the Service Provider’s control
Clients are advised to insure valuable items or arrange for their removal before the service begins.
Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. All personal information collected during the booking and service process is stored securely and used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We do not share personal data with third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to seek an amicable resolution through direct negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be escalated to mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service Provider operates. Any legal actions arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that area.
